Network · Wi-Fi · VoIP

A network that's fast, separated and documented.

We design, install and manage your firewall, switches, Wi-Fi and business phones, so guests never share a network with your files and an office move doesn't mean a week of downtime.

What's included

What Network, Wi-Fi & Phones covers.

  • Managed firewall. Configured, updated and monitored, with rules documented so you know what's allowed in and out.
  • Business Wi-Fi. Access points placed for coverage, with staff, guest and device networks kept separate.
  • Switching and VLANs. Cameras, printers and phones on their own segments, away from the computers your data lives on.
  • Site-to-site and remote access. Secure connections between locations and for staff working from home.
  • Office moves and new locations. Cabling, internet orders and network setup planned and run from one checklist.
  • Business phones. Hosted VoIP or Teams Calling, numbers ported, call flows built and managed.
  • Network documentation. A diagram and device list you keep, updated whenever something changes.

FAQ

What clients ask before they sign.

Do we need to buy new equipment?
Not always. We'll tell you what's worth keeping. If something needs replacing, you get a written quote first.
Can you keep our phone numbers?
Yes. Numbers are ported to the new system, usually with no downtime.
Do you run cabling?
We plan it and manage a licensed low-voltage partner for the install, so you have one point of contact.
What about our internet provider?
We'll order, schedule and test the circuit, and call the provider when it goes down.
